Who is LARK...
Pam Silar (founder) has spent the last eleven years working in architecture, construction, and project management. Formerly part of The Neenan Company's project management team, Pam has worked across the western United States constructing projects large and small. With a genuine passion for the character, uniqueness and efficiency of the 'house', Pam recently founded LARK to bring her special brand of home building to her NoCo neighbors. Pam is a native of Erie, Colorado.
Brandon Silar (co-founder) has spent the last thirteen years working in architecture, construction, land planning and development. Formerly at Calthorpe Associates, Brandon worked at all levels of development from small, mixed-use and affordable housing projects to large-scale infill and city/regional masterplanning. Brandon is excited to return to his native Fort Collins to help build and bolster a uniquely 'Colorado' urbanism.
